it does not matter who they at im at stage 60 maxed all my players and im free 2 play so they need to add more stage increase players level to 40 and add more LD duelist does not matter who just add them so i can get some gems
same here . just give us stage and level increase. because it's kinda hard to get gems when you don't wanna spend any single dime and you already max out all stage all level of LD.
And THIS kind of mentality is why Duel Links have a large public made of idiots thinking they are the owners of the game. Sad but true. :(
I bet you don't even know the exact meaning of "business", right? But here you are, acting like a fail boss. HAHAHA
I do agree with pimpdx. If the prices were more fair I would also say "just pay" and I would be a paying player then rather than F2P as I'm now, but these ridiculous prices just take away any incentive to pay. I mean, 1 euro for 1 freaking pack??? Sure, bulk purchases are less, but it still costs more than 100 euros to buy just 1 set once, which is just beyond ridiculous.
That's probably because DLC is (typically) content rich, adds replayability, and provides unique experiences.
Microtransactions just fulfill a short need term to have the chance at getting some new item, or gives you some sort of currency that you end up just using up. So yeah, I'd much rather pay for DLC than microtransactions - regardless of whether the game is initially free or not.
Same here. I was waiting for this event just for more gems. Need level 36-40 added asap. The prices for packs are insane. Like 200 bucks for a full box. Maybe if a box of 200 packs was like 20 bucks I would buy.
I agree with the people who say "pay or 🔥".
Honestly, to the rest of you stupid dip🔥s, who are most likely only 13 year olds, so you don't have your own money: In case you haven't figured it out yet: The game's incentive is to make you PAY for it eventually! That's how it works.
This is definitely off-topic from the new event we have, but yeah, there is def a difference between microtransactions and DLC. I'd shell out loads of money for an exclusive new character (probably not so much for a mobile game, but for a platform or PC, definitely). But just getting packs and updating your card pool is a FUNDAMENTAL part of the game.
The way it's set up now, you can pay a bit to get a few packs (will still take a looooot before you get anything remotely playable) or put in a loooong grind for in-game Gems. Pokemon GO has the right idea where you can progress ok with casual gameplay or get everything you want pronto with your wallet.
I don't think increasing characters' level caps are a good idea. The programmers have to think of diverse level rewards alongside the Gems. And it's already becoming a grind even with the cap bump from 30 to 35. When will it end? How will a brand-new player feel coming in and having to take an entire year to max out his Yugi, not to mention the entire constantly-added cast?
To conclude, there should be an easier way to farm for Gems in-game if you put in the muscle work, or at least ways to obtain cards from packs. They're already updating Ranked Duels with new ways to earn prizes. Maybe you can convert extra Duel Assessment points into Gems, or maybe this so-called Card Converter where you can swap in multiple cards/gold/stones for specific cards from Packs.
(I mean, I've burned through thousands of Gems just trying to get a damn RAI-MEI. People laugh and say "save your gems" and I'm struggling to get a Norm card.)
