Kidmodo's effect will be limmediately active before your BEWD goes to your hand, so I think that won't work...

Kidmodo's effect is on a separate chain link everything has to resolve first before a new set of chain link can even begin. So in this case monster reincarnation will go first, discarding kidmodo as cost then getting blue eyes. Now kidmodos effect will resolve letting you special summon blue-eyes
