If I recall correclty, are separate PVP duels where the duelist you're playing as can only use every specific cards

(For example, Kiaba could only use Blue-Eyes, Jaden could only use Elemental Heroes, Espa Roba could only use Jinzo, etc, etc...)

They are PvP duels with some unique rules about deck building and stuff like that...I think

Special PvP events with different rules each time.

1st one had Duelist Kingdom rules (level 5 or higher monsters could be summoned without tribute)
2nd one had the 5 pieces of Exodia added to each deck at the start of the Duel.
3rd was character decks, like Rick mentioned above.

Didn't knew that only played the last special duel which was also the rules for World championship yugi must play dark magician like that didn't knew there was a duelist kingdom like special duel event would love to summon dark magician like yugi in Anime no tribute

The character deck one was really badly planned. Way bad compared to the first and second special duel event.
