Hey is anyone on here having trouble unlocking blair? I have beaten pair lv 60 over 10 ten times and have 320,000 points and still didnt unlock her so what gives. Can anyone explain?

You got to push 'Up' 'Down' 'Left' 'Right' 'A' 'Start' at the title screen.
