No need. They mean we usual farm with >=9999 dmg so that 8000 is nothing. But if you mean Titan showdown+this card in pvp it means 4000 attack here which is equal full lp without skill then this card is useless.
Actually, this card can make Titan Showdown a viable farming ability again, without having to depend on Piranha & Vassal all the time. Cerberus too. Puma would 🔥 with this set-up.
Titan Showdown is already viable in farming. I and my friend use it to farm with dino sometimes. No need this card; if you need decrease some of your life points, there're plenty out there. People (including me) just use Vassal because of its 'effect damage' points and its ability to 'Secret Pass'. The latter is the most important reason here which is unrelated to what you mention.
Titan showdown with this? wow You need to decrease you opponent life points to 2000 before set it back by wishing to activate this card successfully. And also pray that this card is not the last few card of your deck or your farming waste completely or put multiple copy of it.. bad choice. Titan showdown is better without this card in play.
A basic TShowdown deck is cool early on, but once get to a certain point, other characters tend to be WAY better at farming than Rex unfortunately. Cards like Scorpion & Serket must keep attacking for their boosts and sometimes, you just need to quickly get rid of a threat by attacking. No farm goes the same way twice.
...also, use like RE for TS instead of Dino's. They can't keep up w/out field

Also, with 4k LP, it's not hard to hit them under 2k in one turn & get two free draws the next as you can easily just knock them back down again in your next attack. Not hard to do at all, especially since it's not like there isn't a Destroyed Monsters bonus...
