what is the requirement to use junk anchor effect?

Long explanation but to make it simple: with current card pool, you can only special summon junk forward from grave and synchro summon junk warrior, for now.

You can also Summon Junk Warrior and Synchro Summon Junk Berserker.

I don't understand why the other Junk monsters don't work.

.....all the other obtainable Junk monsters at the moment are Level 4. Anchor is Level 2. 2 + 4 = 6.

And right now there are NO Level 6 Synchro that specifically requires a "Synchron" as Tuner, that players can obtain.
