I'm quite surprised by the comments here, not entirely sure if a lot are trolling or they're all real lol. But if they're real, have you guys tried to seriously email google and just ask for a refund on your purchases? I heard it worked a long time ago. You won't be able to play the game anymore but at least your money is returned.
I think some people are giving false information to cause chaos. Some of them seem real, but the people saying they have to wait 2 year or 5 years yeeeh not too sure about that one.
Just stopping by since i saw a lot of comments here. It's just a little hard to believe their customer support is THIS bad. Which is why i suggested people to focus their efforts on just asking google for a refund. I think it's reasonable to an extent and better than being led on for 5 years...
How is a post about Konami violating their agreement with Google play a troll? I provided a link to the source document. Go read it yourself. They are supposed to respond and take action within a certain number of days, especially where money is involved, which they have failed to do. Anyone not receiving a refund is completely within their rights to pursue legal action of they want.
It's just that it's not worth their time to entertain 1 guy who lost some money. That's where a class action lawsuit comes into play, because collectively the player base has lost a lot of money. I don't think it's gone that far yet, just putting the options on the table.
