You need alot of duel orbs to reset SDs and farm shattered hearts.
Then it's up to you to farm lv40, and defeat 50 and 60 for exclusive rewards.
As for her drops, don't worry much. You get 1 yubel in starter deck, 1 from event (can't remember how much score) and 1 from level up. Other drops not too important.
So just focus on "defeat" her now and aim for cumulative scores rewards.

The only reliable way to farm lvl 40 is to get multiple copies of Floodgate, Canadia, Draining Shield, Defense Draw and Wall of D. If you don't have any, just quit the event.
You can check the page for any farm deck that you can afford/ build. I myself use necrofear deck with typical vassal combo. As mentioned, just focus on defeat her and getting 3mil points. Her other drops not so important anyway.
And for anon above, I farmed enough rewards from this event WITHOUT using a single copy of those cards you said.
You can reliably beat her with 5000, that's level 40 with 40 shattered hearts and 48 multiplier.
Means you need a total of about 1800 shattered hearts to get 3 mil points. Unless you can get another deck to beat her with higher score. Check "how to beat yubel 40" page for more ideas.
The easiest deck to farm her . Just set a monster with 1400 def at a time and dont attack . For the final combo summon cerberus and use double summon and vassal
The traps are not really necessary you can put any card that works if you dont have any monster on board and she has mystic tomato just to protect your lp
Thank you guys very much for your helps the last deck unfornatly i don't have that much of URs (Bakura's URs) and some of rares (thanks anyway :) ), is that Cerberus SR (it's been a while i can't reconised some cards lol) ? i might use it.
