Why can,t summon tyrant dragon

Tyrant dragon needs you to tribute 1 dragon if you would summon it from graveyard, if you don't have any, then you can't

That's not the case though. It only gets that effect if it's on the field

U can But will need 2 dragon type on ur field.... I suggest to use hieratic dragon of nuit.. Through this u can summon eaaily with one dragom
