Erm I don't think so.Silent Magician/Swordsman synergy deck (or Silent/Silent/Mystic) are actually quite quick finishers. Level up the card is your friend.

horus does not hv silent sword slash, which is very useful in silent swordsman deck

Sure silent sword slash is nice, but a single attack booster that only protect for 1 turn is not enough against the crazy meta that we have today
