The second effect says that it should be BLS, not a Gaia monster

He's correct.

The second effect should say Black Luster Soldier, not Gaia again.

As the second effect turns BLS into BLS - Super Soldier.

I see, then it's a pretty lame skill then.
I thought any Gaia can turn to BLS or BLSSS (selectable) which people would obviously pick BLSSS every single time.
