i was thinking riryoku too, since it's used most often. but in the long run, riryoku can be upgraded at the card trader. i will exchange for it anyway, since i can easily slip it into farming deck. the discontinued card will rotate back in, right?
I'm planning to use it on Twin-Barrel Dragon since it is no longer available by the Card Trader anymore. But if you don't have a specific deck for it, I thing Riryouku is the best option.
