Is that starter deck true?
It shown to have stardust, but doesn't look convincing as none of the other card is tuner.

His ace is Stardust... you can just get more copies from the box

Yes, that starter deck is true - you automatically unlock the skill 'Mark Of The Dragon - Head'... so you have 2 Junk Synchrons added to the deck at the start of the duel to help you Synchro summon
