Nvm, I just realised that it doesn't let you summon the monsters for free. So this card doesn't make that much sense because you can only have three monsters at once on the field in Duel Links. You really can't special summon more in that format (ok, maybe when tributing two of them, but you also need the right cards to be able to special summon that many monsters from there).
I think so but larger field with swarm of red-eyes is a bit ..meh. And also changing field image, handling code of larger field/special kind of summon (location/mechanic/etc) need a lot of work why they don't give a card at that time instead. Seem to be troll for now anyway lol
