Idk how you can actually argue that this card is better than Hammer Shark. Sure you can get a random board swarm, but it's not nearly as consistent or fast paced as Hammer Shark.

Hammer Shark can summon itself without ALO while this card requires a tribute which is a big trouble if you don't have ALO on the turn you have this card. Please. Hammer Shark >>> Shark Cruiser.
