They love to release cards like "special summon monster(s) from your graveyard, but they are destroyed on the end phase/their effects are negated/special summon in defense position/make their attack 0/etc".
It seems like they release cards like this to promote summoning methods from the extra deck like Synchro, Xyz and Link summoning. It’s like they’re saying “your monster is useless this way/will die in one turn, but you can bypass that if you turn it into a new monster”.
