Yubel might at least have some ok DARK support in her level-up or drops. (I'm surprised we haven't gotten Dark Illusion yet, for example.) She'll, of course, have a lot of garbage, though. None of the cards she used herself in the anime are very good. (Though some of the stuff Adrian and Jesse used under her control is.)

Blair isn't datamined in duel links as far as I'm aware. The only ones who remotely make sense are Yubel, and even Atticus. Atticus was always about showing Chazz the way to get his sister's attention. While Yubel also wants Jadens love. Blair may habe A "love" deck but she isn't listed as characters in the game.

It's gonna be Duke Devlin. He is already data mined and in the first few episodes of his appearance he literally talks like this to his fans which is also inspiration to "Little Kuriboh's" way of portraying the character in his abridged series.

Card sleeve and Game mat for a Yubel event also has been datamined.

It's more likely to be a Yubel event than a Duke Devlin event.

Especially considering the only datamined hints for Duke Devlin is Tristan's interaction with him.

Meanwhile, Yubel has her own dialogues and images already in the game.

However, it's still possible for us to get Duke Devlin in the future. Not only Tristan has interaction with him, but also, Duke got two of his cards printed in real life just recently.

It's just that the next unlock event is most likely for Yubel, not Duke.
