I'm not trapped in the dilemma between "Meta" and "bad".
Just because Fire King is not meta, doesn't mean it is bad.
Since we are in Gamea, I use their tier list as a standard: http://duellinks.gamea.co/c/2dwfdxug

What I consider "meta" is tier 1-2.

Unfortunately that's not the question in this topic.
Consistently KoG or not, at this moment Fire King is not meta. Even if it is, not all of them play Rekindling.

I didn't discredit Fire King and never intend to. It started from this comment "You just made Fire Kings very sad with that comment."

Not the one you comment on but I used dragunity as my main deck and I won't feel 🔥 just because my deck not meta thought it reach KoG in the first week. I am fully aware of how vulnerable it is compared to the meta.
I can't get why some people being 🔥 they deck aren't in the tier list.
Not being a meta means the archtype itself safe from ban hammer lol.
