It won't happen because there exist some cards that hard counter it LIKE UR Levianeer, Galaxy cyclone, Raigeki break or Cosmic Cyclone, although very expensive.
If you can't deal with Wall of D it means you didn't buy enough UR cards.
Currently there is a 1 UR guaranteed deal for some dollars. Good way to deal with WoD right?
Many players didn't yet buy even a second copy of this card. Please,wait a bit more until at least 80% of the player base own 3 copies of this card before we release F2P backrow removal cards in addition to Cosmic Cyclone.

lol 90% of the player base has this card already at 3 copies, this card was meta for years. If you want to pretend to be Konami at least make some sense, even the real Konami has some sense, as dumb as they are most of the time.
