Dakini is better my Boy because she force your opponent to SEND a monster to grave. It doesn't destroy, it doesn't target, it forces your opponent to choose. Also Dakini manage resources has most of the time 3,500K atk. There is no comparison bweteen this two cards.
True but we are discussing the fact that neos fusion is not semi limited or even one of .. legit same card as machine angel ritual even better since it uses materials from the deck and unlike machine angel ritual ,you are forced to use from field or hand
Which is why Cyber Petit Angel got hit. (Because it makes their OTHER Ritual Spell, Absolute Ritual, basically costless.)
Neos Fusion isn't really similar to MAR. Sure, they both protect a monster, but their purpose is different. Neos Fusion's main use is sending the monster to the Graveyard. MAR's main point is Summoning a strong monster like Dakini. The protection is secondary to both.
Are you seriously debating the reason why Cyber Angel is limited and Neos Fusion not? Are you guys 🔥ed? The reason is simple: because one is from a Structure Deck EX and the other is F2P, or like the dude above said, it's all about making money for Konami. It was never a secret and became pretty evident, as they limited Lady Lapis Lazuli over Mstr Diamond
