Trade in is fine. Throwing BE and throwing ancient stones are completely different thing. Trade in will not allow you to summon anything free from the deck.

Cards of consonance deserved a limit 3 along with ancient stone. People activating 2 or 3 consonance per turn is too much and it is completely broken. The deck is now No.1 in popularity ranking and literally every single f2p fanboy was abusing it.
