No, they said Neos was bad in both.

Honestly, there's a lot of archetypes that are good in one, bad in the other, or good in both, or bad in both. Allies of Justice are bad in both, for example. Aliens and Hazy are good here, but bad in the TCG/OCG. Lightsworn is good in the TCG/OCG, but fairly bad here.

Machina is also bad in both. Especially since I don't think we have the boss card Machina Force lol

Vampire also kinda qualifies. Konami keeps trying to support it for some reason, but it still doesn't become Tier 1.

And in DL Vampires are doing nothing due to lack of proper support.
