We have had special hurricane for a while and never did a thing.
I know what some will say: that it only destroys special summoned monsters but let's be realistic what decent/common deck DOESN'T end with a board of special summoned monsters?
Hitting only face-ups with a destruction effect that costs a discard isn't all that great against strong decks who are used to being constantly field nuked.
What do you mean special summoned?
Its destroy all your face-up monster, leaving your field empty for OTK.

Cope. They'll often at least have 1 normal summoned monster, or set. Not that this card can do anything to the set monster anyway but people will be setting more as a result of a ridiculously broken card being fully available at 3 for just 15000 gems max.
