Who knows, maybe in the future they will speed up the rate they implement new worlds in. Maybe to 1 world every 6 months. Then we wouldn't have to wait that long for Vrains.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Saikyo Card Battle: The game uses the Speed Duel rules (there are no Extra Monster Zones and each player has 2 Pendulum Zones).
The fact that there's a line of data for Arc-V and Vrains world, as well as lines for Pendulum and Link Summon, means Konami think they are suitable for Speed Duel format.
Of course it's doable, but they're probably mapping everything out to make sure it's balanced and ready to go when they launch those new worlds. They just need to plan out how to format those summoning mechanics in this game.
