We've gotten manga cards in basically every possible release medium. Usually packs or character-based events, but Union Attack's one of Yugi's drops for instance. And them appearing in packs itself doesn't mean much, a lot of character anime cards (particularly from Yugi, Kaiba and Jaden) also appear in packs.
