I also have a "common" name , what should I do for getting back your old ID ? Konami keeps to ask my ID Number but none of the players in the friend search list is my old one :(
Oh yea Atlas, even if your name is common, keep searching everyday. I found that like 1~2 of the profiles get switched out of the list everyday.
Now the moment they ACTUALLY fix the Search function, I'm sure it will be easier to self-search lost accounts. Until then, submit those tickets with it without the Duelist ID.
Yea, that was one way I could tell neither of the profiles were mine. Also, I was counting the days since I lost it as they track last logins. It's another way to make sure it is yours before trying to claim it.
Ok,I've received this mail from Konami.
They say it'll take a week or two for the process of data transfer ? Did they warn you when they've finished ? Did it take so long Daemon ?
Hmmm, that email...from the posting date. Honestly you should have it back by now unless they sent you another email. You did send back a reply that same day huh? Also, I actually got my account back about 2 days before they sent the actual email saying it was reestablished, which feeds back to the 1st part of this comment.
