ya, i have been trying to update the app for days but still nothing

The play store won't let my boyfriend install the latest update. We cleared the cache & data of the play store app & restarted his phone multiple times but still won't update. My app updated for me, but his still won't. Anyone know why some people are having this issue?

me too i trying to update the game , and i tried to uninstall and reinstall the game , but didn't work. plz anyone can help
