Mask of Restrict could be a very interesting drop, especially with how prominent Ancient Gears are atm.
Wouldn’t be a complete shutdown cus of geartown, but not being able to tribute castle is very nice indeed. (Also can combat Vampires from summoning Grace or Scourge)
Masks seem like a very nice archetype, but I guess they are just hinting stuff here. Vampires are not that relevant in the meta anymore, they were the best for around 2 consecutive KC CUPS after all.
The meta now and in the future would probably focus more on SS rather than tribute. Mask of restrict would become very useful once True Dracos are added but I really doubt so given how overpowered the cards are.
