This cards effect has not been activating for me. Is it worded wrong? Does the whole field need to be free of monsters? I have no monsters, but can not activate it? The hell...
Anything before colon(:) is activation condition, you need to meet the condition, in this case have no monster.
Anything before semicolon(;) is activation cost/requirement, in this case you need to send 1 card AND either target 1 zombie from GY or banish zone, AT THE SAME EXCUTION TIME. so you need to have zombie in GY/banish zone.
Yes, I run a purely zombie deck. So I’ve had the requirements as listed. Just doesn’t even glow or pop up in activation. Zombie in GY, zombie in hand, no monsters on the field. Still nothing
Might be that I was trying to discard the 0 def zombie to return it so, I think I figured it out. It just prevents me from abusing it (discarding the 0def to then bring it back). I’ll run a discard trap to test that theory out, but thanks for responding. Helping me to understand
I have no problem activating it. You have Zombie in your GY but is that a 0 DEF Zombie? Many Zombie type don't match that 0 DEF requirement. Gozuki, Pyramid Turtle, Nine Tailed Fox, Goblin Zombie are not 0 DEF.
Anyway, this is a card that Shiranui will never use. More like a piece of useless card.
