It probably can, but it needs multiple cards to work which I don't see very useful. Its low stats make it worse. With just the unhappy girl, the monster is rendered useless immediately.

If anything it's just a slightly better Unhappy Girl due to the amount of supports, but even then, the supports are useless in a farming deck.
