That kind of deck is probably why we need Jinzo. Though aside from also playing a burn or mill deck, there is one deck that can counter that Ojama Go! Burn-- the Anti-Trap/Amazon deck, featuring E-Hero Wildheart and Tenkabito Shien. Whether it works well against everyone else is a different question though, and the fact that almost no decks can win against that burn deck is still undisputed.
I think Silent Swordsman OTK could also work, as long as the burn user doesn't draw Temple of the Mind's Eye or (multiple) Kuriboh. A huge crapshoot, to be sure. If there are any other decks that are not burn or mill but could possibly counter that Ojama Go! Burn deck... Please mention them.
