Hey, I've just checked on my account and I can buy it neither. Not sure if it is a bug or if it's intended but I think it's the only Structure Deck that behaves like that.

SD EX was clearly originally intended to be for paying players only. Like, since you support the server, here's some good cards in return.

But then almost everyone, even the paying players, protested, so SD EX after that can be bought once using gems.

However, they did not change the Silent Magician one, to avoid another protest from those who already bought 3 copies using money.

That's pretty silly since you can get the Silent Magician cards anyway from a Box

You definitely can't get Silent Magician (non-LV) and Gold Sarcophagus from any box
