Love how the 5Ds world trailer uses Yusei Theme. They did one mistake though, near the end, when the fully formed Crimson Dragon mark is shown, Rua/Leo's Heart mark is missing.

Leo heart mark is never in original plan, it just Konami's trick to make him as the 6th signer because they already shows Life Stream Dragon at the beginning of the series

Blame the higher ups, Rua is originally supposed to be the 5th Signer, but Blackwings got too popular so they forced NAS to turn Crow into a Signer.

Heck the original plan was that Crow is going to be a Dark Signer.

I think the Tail was supposed to be Rua's Mark, since the Head without doubt will go to Yusei.
