If Mokuba becomes playable, I am hoping that he includes different types of dragons in his level-up rewards. I wish we could have Spear Dragon and Luster Dragon (not the tribute one).

I don't think so. Union comes by drop already so the level up rewards will be other cards so that many player will not complaint about it

I don't think we get Luster Dragon. A 1900 beater would kinda break the meta.. with kaiba's high peak (or whatever it's called) you would have a 2100 beater with no summoning costs.

I considered that as well, but it helps to confirm my suspicions now that you have mentioned it. Thank you. I don't even know if I have ever seen one four or lower star monster in this game. And I don't know if I even want to use the Cave Dragon from Kaiba's level-up rewards. Kaiba's high peak. Lol.

1900atk wont break the current meta. Even 2000atk wont affect much. They would just break Konami's Pack Selling plan.

normal beaters dont matter. they have to have a good effect or have good support to be viable

Every playable duelist has one SR drop that you get as a level up reward though lol
