it can serve two function : a lock down if enemy monster in defense position, or just as equip. however with 2 union attacks, megacyber, and lab wall you don't really need any equip.

Massivemorph works 'cause you only need two to get over 9999, and he only has 1 Tutan Mask. If, let's say, it's the last turn and he hasn't used it (you've used all your Massivemorphs), you're still going to use Storm to remove all his spells and traps. Which means he won't have a chance to use it.
