I'm glad you have your own tier list instead of copying everything from DLM. Forget about the side deck rule that never exist in the game. There is no way Shiranui can be a tier 1 now. Artifact Lancea is a dead card if you face a deck without banishing need.

No shiranui still tier 1 it's just that they can add good trap cards without losing consistency.such decks are always good

i do believe that the japanese tier list is much more complete, there are over 30 decks from tier 1 to tier 4
