because when u use t effect you can xyz a R4 Monster, there issome cards like this that focus in xyz summoning for example:
XYZ Remora...

Normal Summon this card, use its effect to summon another copy, then Xyz into a Rank 4.

The real question you should be asking is why the hell they give us only 1 copy of this card for now when its effect requires another copy to summon.

don't worry u will never see this card in anydeck. wyrm and dragon there is no synergie with those two.
at least the XYZ remora was playable not like this one.
