There's some rule for Angel O7 that I haven't totally figured out. B.E.S. for instance, remains invulnerable with Angel on the field, while Mythical beast still self destructed. I think it only impacts non-passive effects. Consequently, it might not impact Vassal.
AngelO7 only prevents effects that "activate" (ThunderDragon, SphereKuriboh, Copycat). It does NOT prevent the continous effects (examples: Relinquished equiped with a monster, a monster that's been paralyzed with the UnhappyGirl's effect, it also won't prevent the direct attack of any of his toon monsters.) Hope I made it clear lol
I forgot to mention that if you attack Relinquished with AngelO7 he won't deal you the piercing effect damage and also won't be able to hook any monster again. Same thing for unhappy girl.
Gravekeeper's Vassal has a continous effect (doesn't need activation). So, in theory (cause I haven't test it yet) it shouldn't be affected by AngelO7's effect.

Its simple, Angel 07 only affect monsters that requires activation for its effect. Condition effect like Serket, cost like B.E.S, and continuous effect like Vassal is unnaffected
