It should be 7 imo.
The SR/UR contain generic usefull cards in WoD and Chalice, also some support for certain decks like Birthright, DS, MEB, and Painful Decision. Its also a minibox so cheaper to buy. That said,the rest of the cards(exp. the R/N ones) is just awful. Moreover it doesn't have core cards to make proper deck, unlike the last 5 box so its not really a good box to start for new player
Depends, if the new player is looking for an autoduel beatdown deck to go through daily chores of SDs then this pack is pretty decent, has high ATK beaters and traps for protection.
