here is the suggestions for the ranked in legend: You cannot rank down.No streak system to rank up from legend 1 or 2 or 3 you need to go + 3.from legend 4 you need to go +4 total. and from legend 5 you need to go total + 5 .you can multiply this if you think they are small.like +6,+8,+10.(not streak)

No, kogs supposed to be best of the best. Demotion is needed, which means if we lose a lot, then basically it means we are not skilled enough to be the best, and share the same rank with the best.

The previous dude made a mistake.
Currently Ranked duel rewards only give you 305 + 520 at most if you reset to platinum 1 each month.
When you could rank down to Rookie it was closer to 305 + 680 + 300 + over 100 victory gems per month. Winning more than 100 games was super easy when everyone was ranking down on purpose.

Hence why smart old players have x2/3 of each UR/SR from old boxes.

Meta hasn't changed for a year. There is no real power creep, currently.

And if you play all the events and level up all new duelists, you'll get a decent amount of gems each month. And this doesn't even include the replay gems, the overworld gems or the PvP gems.

The win-streak to rank up is.

I agree they should make rank up with total victories (not streak), and we could still get rank down if lose consecutively (min 3 lose in a row)

Yep, requiring win STREAK to rank up is the worst idea ever.

Getting a win streak should be just for adding a nice bonus, not a necessity, since you cannot choose your opponent and have to depend on RNG picking your opponent for you. If you get someone you can defeat, nice, but if you don't?

It should have simply required total amount of wins.

No, they should make KOG even more difficult, like 10 STREAK wins, so you will tilt more and spend more money on the game, to get that 🔥 UR tech card, or to build another strong deck

Or use point system. Make the point high for KOG. We could reach it faster by consecutive wins as it multiplies the point received, but also still reachable with single sporadic wins (only much slower)

Reaching KoG is very easy. You only have to keep trying and eventually you get the 5 win streak even with a non-optimized deck.

Even with a 40% win rate you have a 1% chance to get those 5 consecutive wins. So, just do over 100 duels per month and you're done. That's roughly about 5 duels per day. It's really easy.

It's really easy." i had 50% winrate more than 500 hundred duels still only played for kog 3 times.not true.the streak system makes it unfair and really luck based

The 5 win streak from legend 5 to kog is ridiculous .. u need alot of luck to get that i think that's the only thing they should change make it +5 like legend 1-5 then it'd he fine

You don't need "a lot" of luck if you have a decent deck. You just need to keep trying. If you have a deck with a win rate of more than 50%, it's only a matter of time.

Needing 5 win streak or lots of cumulative non-streak win is not that bad.

For me, what's bad is 3 lose streak = immediate demote, regardless how many win streak or cumulative win you already get.

It is called "King of Games" for reason. And if somehow you struggle reaching it, try it once again at the end of month. I usually reach KoG with even something like Vendread if i try it during the end of month.

The 'luck' here is the problem. It was a programmed luck. Try play Shiranui for a while, for example. You will notice that most of every rank up match, your starting hand will consist of all the tuners you had in deck.

If your running 4 or more tuners in a shira deck, you're playing it wrong.

That's the wonderful part of it. Of course, I just play 3 tuners. Yet they all are always out in first 2 turns if it were a rank up match

It's not only a matter if time.. u can keep trying but u u are unlucky you'll lose the 5th game many times and get frustrated doesn't matter what deck u play it needs alot of luck from l5 to kog 5 win streak since everyone is playing best decks lol
