This is the worst card in the pack. Now this is something that actually deserves a 3 or a 4 out of 10, since basically 2000atk is too weak for a level 4 monster and can't be targeted with your own effects unless you roll a die. Poor souls the ones that get this crap.
Nothing's stopping you from Special Summoning it without an Archfiend. (You could run something like A Rival Appears! or Hidden Soldiers if you really wanted to.) It's a rather solid monster, despite the downsides. I'd say it's more than worth the risk in an Archfiend deck. Also, you could just Set it and revive it with Desrook Archfiend when they attack over it.
