It'll be more viable when we get an Elemental HERO Fusion that doesn't suck. Seriously, how is THUNDER GIANT the second-best Elemental HERO Fusion we have right now? (After Neos Knight.) If he had something like Divine Neos, it might be viable.

It is quite hard to summon Divine Neos. Also, Duel links is also very fast pace making it even more difficult.

I think this card will be good when Absolute Zero comes to the game (not saying that The Shinning is not good, but I think AZ is better imho).
