Floodgate can serve same purpose the downside is if you discard it with mill it loses all function, where as with Paleozoic you can at least use it as a creature from the grave, snipe hunter is also a very key card to counter many of the things that would give ur dragon a hard time such as kumoshrooms, traps, silent mages etc, so the more the merrier
2-3 snipe hunters are needed. They are your out to Silent Magician and Amazoness Queen. My testing against Fur Hire has been very positive with the deck. However, if they summon Wiz first turn they can complicate your game. If you don't have canadias, try Chalice. That's a great option as well.
I have 1 cannadia (3 flood) 1 snipehunter (can get a 2nd snipe with that special ticket).
The thing is i dont need anything anynore from the canadia box (got 3x anki and resetted every time i got him) and snipehunter box i got 3x slash and dont need anything else than sniper.
So investing in those boxes seems a bit of a waste.
