I believe they will never limit a card that is only available through buying packs,because it beats the purpose of buying packs with your precious gems.The only limited cards so far are obtained through events or standard duelists...

that would defeat the purpose of Wall of Disruption. We got Mirror Wall's effect that ends if the owner doesn't pay 2000 Life Points to keep it.
