Yeah... no. Sorry to say that the quote given is nothing like Jack's quotes, and plus, this character was LONG awaited, so I'm guessing it could be Marik, since he is a long awaited character. Now yes, I get that Marik isn't very powerful without Ra, and since his Yami form is already in DL, it's probably not him. So my second guess is Dartz, because of obvious reasons. Orichalcos, am I right? I just don't want Jack. Sorry, I'm only a fan of DM.
Not only we know it's Jack Atlas because it is part of his summon chant for RDA, but also, Dartz has almost no cards to bring as drop/level up reward. He has only one theme, Orichalcos, and only 3 cards of that theme is printed. And all 3 has no real synergy with each other meaning there's no way to mesh them together into his lv40 deck. Therefore it's impossible to put him into DL.
