Why? It's a balanced top deck that isn't too expensive to make (compared to other top decks).
It's a valid counter against Ancient Gear, and Massivemorph decks, has a 50-50 chance against parasite decks, but is weak against Cyber Angel and Nephtys decks.
Seriously do you even know what nerf means? A change in errata which konami cant do unless its really good in the tcg which wont be. Instead the word youre looking for would be banned which GBs wont be because they are fair and wont be as good unless they have their main support cards like proving ground, war chariot, amd gyzarus
