I've started playing duel links 4 days ago and I only did download the game for Marik Ishtar So where is he??????

As far as I know, normal Marik isn't currently unlockable. I think you could duel him during an event awhile back.

Yami Marik is a playable character, but he could only be unlocked during the Ra event several months back.

Don't lose hope, though! Both will probably return in the future.

Marik Ishtar is not in the game.
Maybe in the future but for now, all you get is Yami Marik.
