Here is what it would do: While you control "Obelisk the Tormentor," it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects and can only be destroyed by battle.
I mean, it already can’t be targeted. The effect more fitting would be “While you control ‘Obelisk the Tormentor’ your opponent can not activate card or effects in response to your own for the rest of the turn”
Or a skill that adds some burn damage to its destruction effect. (Probably 2k or halving their LP.) I can't imagine any Skill Obelisk would get would be worth using regardless. (And will probably be worse than the equally unused Card of Sanctity skill Slifer got.)
oh hell yeah i tested this out on my switch link evolution i love it I can't wait for this i'm gonna wipe the 🔥 out of the 🔥ing meta it's about time they get what they deserve also if they added this card it would be really great
^ the most total badass card they ever made for blue eyes who cares about throwing out some spells or any other blue eyes monster when you get this the first turn and use it on the switch make the life points at 2000 and set the timer to a minute to summon it and destroy the crap out of people online lmao also if they only didn't 🔥ing use a forbidden list for people online with friend duels
as well as using cards to get them out of my deck to make it work faster tbh Now a days you need the damn drawing support of pot of greed and etc tbh cause of synchros for one and xyz and links too need it cause with out drawing support and cards to summon more than once per turn you can't get these strong monsters out fast enough
