If you really wanted to search it, you could use Draw Sense Alpha + Card of the Soul.

For the first question :
Actually there is "Dwarf Star Dragon Planeter" That allows you to search for a level 7 dark monster.

For the second question :
No idea what could allow you to tribute summon this guy in 1 turn in a generic deck.
Perhaps "Superheavy Samurai Big Waraji" ?
This guy can be special summoned, then counts as 2 tributes for machine monsters.

Ahh, yes.
Dwarf Star Dragon Planeter looks like a decent searcher.

Sadly Superheavy Samurai Big Waraji requires your graveyard to be spell/trap free. So no world legacy clash.

With these 3 cards you can get World Armor on the field in 2 turns.

Decent Boss monster disruption I guess. As long as they are target-able.

Now "Quintet Magician" haters have a brand new counter XD

It works. "World Armor" consistently hard counters Quintet Magician, and you can recycle him. You only need one XD

To activate the best effect of World Legacy - "World Armor" it must be normal summoned or set.
How do you easily set or normal summon a level 7 (2 tributes) monster to make use of its second effect in a generic way ?

Well, you can use the skill of the Paradox brothers, Three-star demotion.
This skill makes "World armor" level 4 which can be set = No more Fusion/synchro summon.
Since this skill can be used once per turn + "World Armor" returns to the hand your opponent cannot special summon extra deck monsters FOREVER.
The only issue is to get your life points to 1000 or less.

Actually you can use this skill only once per duel, not per turn.

Well, it will still help you get rid of 1 troublesome Extra deck boss monster.

Well, there is that but not only.
Doppelwarrior special summons 2 token upon syncro.
For example Trumpeter S.S. from grave, Doppel S.S. from hand = 2 token = easy 1 synchro + 1 tribute summon.

The fact that World Armor is returned to the hand is a buff. I couldn't destroy it and it searches a card upon each summon.

I suppose Raigeki break may counter World Armor.

I love using rogue decks and underrated cards that counter the common meta decks. i was beating a lot of tiered decks with Invoked Krawlers for example lol

It is cards like those that end up being limited/semi-limited first however.

If too much people keep using cards like World Armor people will stop buy Shirainui cards, which is bad for business.

I didn't buy the Future Horizon pacs yet, so no Heavysamurai for me. So as suggested above I tried using Dopplewarrior but I don't know with which tuner and synchro it works better.
Anyone know which Synchro and tuner ?

I do find it easy to get world armor and Dopplewarrior in my hand though. Easy world legacy clash.

I suppose a tuner that activates an effect when it is special summoned from the grave would be a good combo with Doppelwarrior.

I can only think of a level 2 tuner though, which won't give you a good synchro, sadly.
