What is a reasonable counter to this card. This card is overused and in about 95% of all decks I face in KOG rank. They all seem to have 2 if not 3 copies and its getting a bit out of hand. Most of my game are lost due to floodgate over and over and over.
thats because its a good card this isnt gold its legend above the best players are in the higher ranks meaning high level of competition of course their having mutltiple fllodgates its a staple its hard winnig in higher rankings without staples like fg so invest in them not complain about them
FGTH is good but not broken.They cant ban a card people spent hundreds on.everything that was ban was free or a common so no money was lost.They only way people will stop playing it is that something better replace it
Sergeant Electro can be used to bait out Flood Gates (to prevent it being used on other monsters or force your opponent to take a gamble if they have multiple backrow and not hitting Floodgate with Electro's effect).
Other than that, there are several Spell and Trap Cards options available that either lockdown or destroy facedown backrow.
